Return as part of a retraction
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from your order within the time specified in Article 8 (LEDARC T&C). This notification must be made in writing, by any means (email, letter etc) and you have a period of fourteen (14) working days from the day after the receipt of the last product of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties. If you want to make a return, the Customer must first contact LEDARC to obtain a returns number. Failing to do this, any return will be automatically refused. If the period of fourteen (14) working days expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday, it is extended until the next working day. The return of products is under your responsibility and at your expense. Goods must be returned prepaid. Please ensure that the goods are returned to us in the original packaging, accompanied by your invoice, with all the supplied accessories and without traces of use - otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to refund them. Special orders as well as products specially made for the consumer such as lightbars are not subject to the right of withdrawal and can not be refunded.
Refund in the context of a retraction
Following your request for withdrawal, LEDARC, will make your refund within 14 days of the notification of your request for withdrawal. In the absence of reception of your product within this period, LEDARC reserves the right to cancel your refund.
LEDARC will proceed to your refund via the same means of payment as that used on the day of your order, except in the case where the means of payment used would not allow it.
